Our company is specialised in the design, manufacture and installation of ironworking and metalworking projects in general, both medium and large-scale.

  • Structural works in compliance with UNI EN 1090 in EXC 1-2-3-4 with relative CE certification and marking, and with UNI EN ISO 3834-2:2021 standards

Production process

The Via Vienna branch has been structured for light- and heavy-duty metalworking and ironworking.

Production process:

  • Design department or the studying, designing and construction of metalworking solutions, with three options available in accordance with the type of job: simple technical drawings, two-dimensional CAD-system technical drawings, and three-dimensional plotter-printed SolidWorld-system technical drawings
  • Cutting department, using plasma, saw and shearing techniques
  • Drilling department, using plasma and drills
  • Bending department
  • Calendering department
  • Assembly
  • Welding: standard, special
  • Finishing: external painting, internal painting, external galvanising

Fusion welding

The fusion welding process that we have selected is widely used for the creation of many civil and industrial products, from the simplest to the most complex. It is therefore important to ensure that welds are carried out in the most efficient manner, and that there are suitable controls of all the aspects that influence the process.
The implementation of the welding system in accordance with UNI EN ISO 3834-2:2006 is a confirmation of the competence of the company and the application of suitable controls for the process itself, in order to guarantee clients that the products manufactured comply with imposed quality requirements

Regulation UNI EN ISO 3834-2:2006 thus fully governs our welding processes, and is applied in order to:

  • Implement the entire production process and all processes that require welding
  • Implement the figure of “welding coordinator” (specified in regulation UNI EN ISO 14731:2007)
  • Implement steel welding with one of the electrical arc processes coded in accordance with regulation UNI EN ISO 4063:2001

    IIn addition, we monitor elements such as:

    • Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)
    • Welding Procedure Qualification Records (WPQR) for samples to be sent to laboratories
    • Reports issued by the laboratory on the basis of sample analysis (WPAR)
    • Inspection documentation regarding filler materials
