Citterio Fiorentino S.r.l. is a family run company that boasts tradition and decades of experience in the metalworking and plumbing field, and in hardware sales for ironsmiths, tinsmiths, metalworkers, plumbers and for DIY.
To guarantee all-round service, our company draws on employees (our organisation employs 20 people) as well as external collaborators, such as:
Planning and design development activities through consultancy with selected and qualified external designers for the development of plans (executive plans) and for the drawing up of calculation reports
Surface treatments: hot-dip galvanisation, painting, satin finishing, burnishing and peening

Thanks to the seriousness and professionalism of our staff, we are able to satisfy the demands of our clients; businesses, private individuals and public authorities (Certification category for turnover of less than € 150,000.00 not applicable).
Woodworking services and gates produced by us can be provided with declarations of conformity and CE marking on request.

The importance of quality has led our company to obtain 4 forms of certification:
UNI EN 1090 EXC 1-2-3-4 CERTIFICATION for the CE marking of metal products for structural use and for the control of factory production
UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFICATION in order to obtain a certified Quality Management System
UNI EN ISO 3834-2:2021 CERTIFICATION in order to obtain a certified Welding Management System
Lastly, CERTIFICATION OF REGISTRATION OF PROCESSING CENTRE ACTIVITY NO. 3191/14 with enrolment in the processing company register held by the National Council for public works

Our technical personnel are qualified to issue certification and testing in accordance with Italian Law 37/08 for plumbing, heating, sanitary and electrical systems for both brand-new works and the updating of existing systems, providing our clients with the documentation required for order management (e.g., Unified Tax Compliance Certification and Operational Safety Plans).
We are constantly operational in foreign countries and are fully enrolled in the VIES archive.
Our many and tested activities concern a wide range of sectors (ironworking and metalworking, civil and industrial plumbing and heating, hardware, electrical systems), and are supported by access to specific and cutting-edge instrumentation and equipment that allow us to carry out targeted and innovative works.

The quality management system

Our company has adopted a Quality Management System compliant with UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and UNI EN ISO 3834-2:2006 regulations (Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials), and is registered with the C.T.A. (The Steel Processing Centre).
The decision to adopt a Quality Management System is based on:

The type of raw materials and other materials we use for welding
The extension of possible manufacturing imperfections that may have a negative effect on the performance of products manufactured by us

Our production welding processes: a qualified organisation with technician-inspectors has been responsible for the theoretical and practical training of staff, with the consequential obtaining of certification for welding operators and processes determined by WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) and WPQR (Welding Procedure Qualification Record)
